Probability

This module is based on the functionality of the Mutable Instruments 'Branches'. I'd been playing with one in VCV rack, and it seemed to be useful, and within my ability to make one using Arduino Nano.

The module has two channels which can trigger output A or B, based on the probability control. There's also switches to make the output hold on until it changes, and another 'swap' mode where the probability controls the likelihood of changing from the current state to the opposite. The Branches module had those modes as pushbutton and a long press on the same button, but I preferred them to be toggle switches so I can easily see the setup.

I've used my synth prototyping board to hold a Nano and the rest of the component (most of which are simply there to protect the Nano from over voltage or over current). I've used two colour LEDs for the trigger indicators.

A neat little module for adding some randomness to things like drum triggers.
